Common questions answered
Do you have a minimum?
No, we don’t. However, the print method may vary depending on quantity, and ordering in bulk is definitely more cost-effective.
Can you print or embroider on customer-supplied items?
Typically, we can accommodate embellishing goods that you provide.
What file formats do you accept for artwork or logos?
For Vector Graphics (.ai, .fh, .eps, .svg), all text should be converted to outlines. All colors should be converted to Spot colors, preferably with Pantone (PMS) colors and/or CMYK colors. Doing so will ensure that your art prints with the colors that you desire. Any Raster images linked (placed) in the document need to meet our Raster Graphics requirements. Please remember that just because a file is saved in a vector file format, that does not necessarily mean that it is a true vector file. The file must be created in a vector editing program to be a vector file.
For Raster Graphics (.tif, .psd, .png), the resolution of image must be at least 300ppi (pixels per inch). The size of the image should be at least 100% of the intended print size. If possible, avoid sending art in JPEG or GIF formats. While these types of files are great for web graphics, they are digitally compressed, and as a result, are usually not of a high enough quality for printing. Certain types of graphics, such as logos with multiple colors, should not be created as Raster graphics.
All artwork consultations, via email, phone, or in person, are free of charge.
Yes, we keep all artwork preparations, sequencing and color callouts making reorders seamless.
Can I see a proof or sample before final production?
We provide free photo approvals at request before production for the ultimate piece of mind. We do also offer pre-production samples for an additional fee.
Can you match specific colors for logos or designs?
We use the Pantone Coated color system for screen printing and CMYK for transfers. Color callouts are provided at no additional charge. If you would like us to match a print color to a physical item, please supply a physical sample so we can achieve the closest possible color match.
How are your prices calculated?

We accept cash, check, ACH, credit/debit cards, Venmo and Zelle.
